1. Marketplace & Referral Service

ServiceFind Water Damage Canada is an online connection and dispatch coordination platform. We do not directly perform physical water mitigation, mold abatement, or construction services. We connect users with independent, verified restoration contractors.

2. Independent Contractors

All restoration providers in our network are independent contractors. While we verify licensing, liability insurance ($2M+ minimum), and IICRC certifications at the time of onboarding, all restoration contracts, estimates, warranties, and scope of work are solely between the customer and the dispatched contractor.

3. Emergency Situations & Safety Disclaimer

Water damage and sewer backup events involve severe life-safety risks (such as electrical shock and pathogenic exposure). Users are urged to follow safety precautions and not enter hazardous flooded environments without professional equipment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, ServiceFind Water Damage Canada shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from work performed by third-party contractors.
